face.my provides a platform that uses AI technology to create personalized illustrated storybooks based on photos you upload. We transform faces into illustrated characters for use in custom children's stories.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts

4. Photo Upload & Content Rights

By uploading photos, you confirm that:

• You have the right to use and upload the photos
• You have consent from any individuals depicted (or parental consent for minors)
• The photos do not violate any third-party rights
• You grant us a license to process the photos to create your storybook

5. Ownership of Created Content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. The illustrated storybooks created through our service are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may print, share, and enjoy your storybooks with family and friends.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Upload photos without proper consent
• Create content that is harmful, offensive, or inappropriate
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse our AI technology
• Resell or commercially distribute created storybooks

7. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Due to the personalized nature of our product, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with your storybook, please contact us within 14 days of purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

face.my is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
